SITE MEETING BUYOBE HEALTH CENTRE II
The District Chairperson together with the District Speaker and technical staff conducted a site visit to Buyobe Health Centre 11.
The District team noticed that the construction works were on hold which annoyed the District Team.
The contractor raised issues of lack of financial capacity but promised to complete the work by May 2023.
The District Engineer warned the contractor against his flimsy excuses and urged him to be truthful to himself.
