CAO meeting with members of the Fourth Estate at the District Headquarters.

The CAO Mr Mahabba Malik held a meeting with media personnels and Heads of Departments at the District Headquarters.

 

The meeting was intended to build Cohesion between the Heads of department and the fourth Estate. 

 

This building block marks the beginning of a new chapter. 

We need to work together for collaborative linkages.said CAO.

 

The Chief Administrative Officer emphasised

 government commitment and interventions towards service delivery but lacks publicity and media coverage.

 

Committee for Finance on a monitoring outreach in the field.

The Finance Committee carried out a monitoring outreach in Busaana, Nazigo and kangulumila Sub counties. 

 

As part of the oversight functions, the finance committee moved out to monitor the performance of Lower local Governments in finance and administrative sectors.

 

Financial management issues and revenue collection are monitored under finance then gaps and irregular attendance in administration. 

 

Challenges deterring lower local governments from performance are also identified.
