Motorcycles for Agricultural Extension Workers under the Production Department.

The District leadership handed over motorcycles to the Extension Officers under the Production Department .

The District procured 2 motorcycles under the agriculture extension grant - development component to support mobility of extension officers in kangulumila and kitimbwa Subcounty.

The District Chairperson applauded government for its support towards the district.

He thanked Production staff for proper planning easing mobility of Officers who will improve service delivery. 

He said by 2028, all extension workers all over the district will have motorcycles.

The CAO thanked the District Chairperson for the able leadership that has brought cooperation of staff which has yielded positive results.

He warned the beneficiaries against misuse of these motorcycles since they belong to government of Uganda not individuals.

The Assistant RDC applauded the Government of Uganda for its support to the district and advised the beneficiaries to acquire driving permits. 

He also warned against misuse and promised to take action to whoever is culpable.
